§Responsible for developing new products/packages
§Defines package requirements for product groups and customer requirements.
§Review, update and provide recommendations for process specifications .
§Review engineering builds requirements and instructions for new package/products.
§Prepare and complete assembly build qualification reports, production release documents per device and system configurations, safe launch reports for initial production released parts.
Qualifications
§BS Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or Material Science)
§With At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as Package Development Engineer in a Semiconductor / Manufacturing Company
§Assembly process expertise is an advantage (preferably on Clip Attach).
§Technical know how of DOE / SPC
§Advanced knowledge on large scale, safe launch and pre-production releases
§Working knowledge on Control Plan / FMEA, 8D and problem solving
§Good interpersonal skills and work ethic
§Able to multi-task and work systematically without compromising quality
