Responsibilities:
Leads and drives FT P1 cost initiatives from deployment to people involvement
Responsible in providing solutions to continuously meet and improve yield and cost targets
Drives scrap reduction through yield improvement initiatives
Interfaces with all BUs to achieve desired improvements
Able to lead and drive cross-functional teams
Creates and implements systems or solutions to ensure manufacturability and stability of operation
Able to do cost and benefit analysis
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor environment or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of products, platforms, processes and technologies in Final Test
Basic or Advance skills in programming
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with basic knowledge on statistical tools
Experience in DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Experience in Project Management is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel including Macros
Can work independently with minimum supervision
