Responsibilities:
*Provide test operations with the necessary technical support to sustain the efficient operations of the final test production line
*Conduct Analysis, investigation, and form the necessary corrective and preventive action to line performance including but not limited to productivity, quality, and safety
*Able to interpret indicators and act based on structured problem-solving. Ensures the decision-making is rationally based on pertinent data
*Initiate equipment improvements and modification (corrective maintenance) using pertinent and credible data to ensure the objective of the section and department is attained
*Responsible for monitoring equipment performance to attain qualitative and quantitative goals
*Define standard equipment parameters and necessary guidelines for final test equipment
*Initiate and support cost savings, process, and equipment projects geared to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
*Responsible for ensuring that the test equipment line complies to define quality standards and specifications
*Support the attainment of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
*Responsible for the timely generation of escalation, performance, and accomplishments reports
*Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Requirements:
*Graduate of Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering course
*With 3 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
*Background knowledge in CAD or "Solid Works" is an advantage
*Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment
*With high integrity and good character toward work
*Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising the quality
*Knowledgeable in problem-solving tools (7QC tools, Fault Tree Analysis, Why-why Analysis, and Fish Bone Analysis,8D, FMEA)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
