Successful candidate will be responsible for the definition and development of Test Plans for PQFN, LFPAK andOptocouplers.
Implementation of Test Plans on a specific tester platform through software and hardware development.
Pre-production characterization of the test and measurement system, including but not limited to GRR and capability studies, correlation and electrical guard band analysis.
Pre-production characterization of product prototype with respect to end-customer specifications.
Continuous improvement of test integrity and efficiency through periodic review of standards in cost and quality targets.
Qualifications
Education
BS Degree in ECE, EE or equivalent degree in Semiconductor Physics and Electronics.
Experience
Fresh Graduate or withexperience as Test Engineer in a semiconductor company...
Skills
Working knowledge of Discrete MOSFET and BJT.
General trouble shooting skills.
Working knowledge of general computer programming, and at least one tester-oriented programming language.
Basic understanding of and ability to apply statistical analysis
Oral and written communication effectiveness.
Driven and Team Player.
