Responsible for the definition and development of test plans for Discrete Devices
Implementation of test plans on a specific tester platform through software and hardware development
Pre-production characterization of the test and measurement system, including but not limited to GRR and capability studies, correlation and electrical guard band analysis
Pre-production characterization of product prototype with respect to end-customer specifications
Continuous improvement of test integrity and efficiency through periodic review of standards in cost and quality targets
Qualifications
BS Degree in ECE, EE or equivalent degree in Semiconductor Physics and Electronics
Preferably with 2 years of experience as Test/Product Engineer in a semiconductor company; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With working knowledge in discrete devices and circuits
General troubleshooting skills
With working knowledge in general computer programming, and at least one tester-oriented programming language
Basic understanding of and ability to apply statistical analysis
Oral and written communication effectiveness
