Responsibilities:
Support Spare Management Group in maintaining a sufficient amount of spare boards/contactors/peripherals
Perform periodic reviews of current procedures and processes and/or create projects (Software and/or Hardware) to improve quality, reliability, productivity, and cycle time of repair
Continuous improvement to increase repair capacity
Conduct technical training for the purpose of skills improvement
Test theoretical designs, write specifications and technical reports
Ensure safety regulations are met
Carry out project planning and prepare budgets
Supervise and mentor technicians and other staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of BS in Electronics / Computer Engineering course
Work Experience as Software Programmer and Board Repair Field is an advantage.
With Experience in the Semiconductor Industry particular in Final Test department Equipment Engineering
Proficient in software development and electronics technology
Test Methodology Debugging Skills
Can develop database and analytic tools
