Drive Yield Improvement, Quality Enhancement, Test Optimization and Test Time Reduction Activities.
EBR support on Product Transfer from qualification to Final CAB and production release.
Maverick Lot Analysis and Disposition
Test SW/HW debugging, enhancement, qualification and control.
Test Process Improvement/Control and Documentation
Customer Incidents Analysis Support.
Support all test manufacturing requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or degree in an engineering discipline
Basic knowledge on ATE like Teradyne, Credence and Advantest preferable
Strong approach for troubleshooting
Innovative and self-motivated attitude
Works well both independently and with teams
Ability to follow written or verbal work instructions
Excellent data summary and analytical skills
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
