Description of Responsibilities
Delivering Language & Skills Training
Designing curricula and modules
Attending Required reviews and meetings
Providing appropriate reporting on tasks, class health and analysis
Audit/Monitor written and/or oral customer interactions of associates as aligned with the Communication and Soft Skills Curriculum, quality metrics and customer and client expectations
Identify Communication and Soft Skills challenges of associates
Design, plan, and coordinate activities that target the associates areas of improvement as covered by the audit findings
Conduct Coaching Sessions for associates on areas of improvement
Calibrate with Operations, Quality team, and/or team leaders on communication and soft skills metrics and standards
Enforce and implement the standard coaching process.
Track/Monitor and Ensure associates improvement and send out progress reports to all stakeholders.
Interact with SMEs, TLs, TMs, and QAs for review and feedback of overall performance and behavior of the associates
