ENGLISH MENTOR / TEACHER
 
Mentor/Teach Japanese student. Design course materials, and lessons that cover the aspect of English language. Monitor student’s progress, and keeping the lessons interactive and encouraging as they reach their goal in learning English.
 
If you are currently teaching a student in private (face-to-face or online), we do not recommend for you to apply as this job requires full-time teaching/mentoring.
 
Job Description:
Teach/Mentor Japanese adults and children
Organizing coursework and learning materials
Assessing student progress and reports
Create a supportive and positive learning environment 
Respectful of cultural differences during the lesson.
Assisting students with their technical difficulties
Apply marketing skills in promoting products online
Qualification:
College graduate preferably Education/Masscom/Speech or any related course
Previous teaching experience will be advantageous
Willingness to learn and be trained
Can work under pressure
Willing to work on shifting schedules, from Monday-Saturday and on holidays
Teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills
Committed and with strong professional skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance
IELTS/TEFL/TESOL Certification or equivalent but not required
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Must be creative, computer literate and adept with MS Office application
Background of Japanese language is an advantage, but not required
Can start immediately
