As an English Academy Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the educational programs offered by FanYou Ph Inc. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of ESL education, curriculum development, and online learning platforms. You are expected to have a passion for education, a strategic mindset, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional learning outcomes.
Work shift: Monday - Saturday (Tuesday and Sunday are rest days)
Schedule: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm daily
Location: Cebu I.T Park
Work set-up: Strictly ONSITE
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality ESL courses tailored to various proficiency levels, learning goals, and target audiences.
Oversee the execution of educational programs, ensuring they align with the company's vision, mission, and educational standards.
Develop and deliver training programs for instructors to ensure consistent and effective teaching practices.
Regularly review and update course content to maintain relevancy, accuracy, and engagement, incorporating feedback from students and instructors.
Design and implement assessment tools to track student progress and measure learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Bachelor of Arts in English, TESOL, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESL education, with at least 2 years in a curriculum development or program management role, preferably in an online learning environment.
Certified ESL Teacher with at least one of the ff. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA
Skills:
Strong knowledge of ESL teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online teaching tools.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of educators.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
