Job Description
Identify and lead implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that drive positive change in the factory, improving production efficiency, quality and safety.
Collaborate with production teams and cross-functional departments to identify areas for improvement and deploy new technology and process improvements.
Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, processes and tools that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective action plans to address gaps in performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, maintain a high level of employee engagement and ensure that all employees are driving towards shared objectives.
Provide regular reporting and communication to leadership team on progress towards targets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
