Description :
Perform Equipment Preventive Maintenance, Equipment repair, and/or Equipment Calibration as necessary.
May perform visual inspection of IC devices using low magnification microscopes.
Support loading, unloading and monitoring of IC devices in Reliability Stress equipment.
Perform and support daily maintenance check of Reliability Stress and Failure Analysis Equipment.
Perform daily housekeeping activities especially after shift
Requirement:
Graduate of technical or Engineering course.
Minimum two (2) years' experience in manufacturing and/or Lab Engineering environment.
Knowledge and experience in Reliability equipment PM, Cal and repair is a must.
Knowledge and Experience in handling automated test equipment (ATE) is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand specifications, schematics and operating as well as work instructions.
Must have basic knowledge and experience working on software-based tools, at the minimum candidate must have knowledge on MS office applications.
Must be able to identify basic problems and must be able to interface with technicians and engineers to explain problems.
Must be able to prioritize and complete task on time and safely.
Must have ability to listen carefully and communicate effectively orally and in written form.
Flexibility on work shift is highly desirable

1 years: Preventive Maintenance of Reliability Equipment
2 years: manufacturing and/or Lab Engineering environment
