Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and guide the staff.
2. Train, coach and provide effective feedback.
3. Communicate team status, task accomplishments and direction.
4. Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
5. Monitor team member's participation to ensure the training they provide is being put to use and also to see if any additional training is needed.
6. Manage the flow of day to day operations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any engineering course
with experience in a manufacturing company in a leader level
With knowledge in Solidworks and Fusion 360
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Availability for travel: No
Availability for change of residence: No
