Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of engineering systems, equipment, and facilities within the organization.
Ensures that all machinery and utilities function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Leads a team of engineers and technicians, providing direction, training, and performance management to achieve operational goals.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering field (required)
Professional Engineering License (PRC) is an advantage
Additional certifications in Project Management, Safety, or Maintenance Management are desirable
At least 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in engineering, maintenance, or related technical field
Proven background in equipment maintenance, utilities management, or facility engineering
Experience in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Exposure to project management, cost control, and process improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, equipment, and facility systems
Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and maintenance management software (CMMS)
Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems (ISO, HACCP, GMP if in food industry)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and technical documents
Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
