ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
 
Supervise and provide direct oversight of engineering daily operations to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and facility upkeep, while ensuring compliance to regulatory mandated requirements as to food safety, quality, and environmental.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides mechanical technical services necessary for the installation of production, utility, and other support equipment.
Ensures equipment's and materials are inspected prior to receiving.
Coordinates with the equipment ex-pat or local installation project engineer
Determines materials and labor needed to be provided by the company and not part of the installation package.
Plans for the proper tagging of equipment in conjunction with the ISO, safety, and other related requirement.
Ensure implementation of approved tagging system.
Creates preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance plan.
Ensures execution of preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance plan.
Ensures accomplishment of all periodic monitoring forms and checklists.
Ensure that engineering systems (facilities, equipment's, etc.) are in tip top operating condition.
Ensure completion of daily monitoring forms. 3. Prepares engineering dashboard reports.
Ensures safety deficiencies of equipment and structures are consistently accomplished.
Ensures repairs and maintenance activities are consistently accomplished as compliance to GMP and Safety.
Ensures mechanical equipment proper order.
Ensures cleanliness, orderliness, and safe conditions of the working area.
Wears prescribed PPE and uniforms.
Ensures strict observance and adherence to sanitation, safety policy and procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduated of Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechatronics, and allied engineering related courses.
3-5 years technical experience In Facility maintenance and engineering.
DENR Pollution Control Officer (PCO) certified an advantage.
PRC certified an advantage
