4. Locate and coordinate other departments to enhance production and income.
5. Locate and select merchandise for repair and re-sale.
6. Represent the company in negotiating the support of other providers on spare parts and services.
7. Make orders on the supply of spare parts and other related materials.
8. Monitor daily activities of subordinates in terms of their production.
9. See to it that all proper documents of services rendered and client's records are intact.
10. Plan and direct installation and repair work.
11. Submit recommendations and feedback.
12. Assign, review and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
13. Maintain positive public and employee relations.
14. Do other tasks, as assigned.
Skill required:
1. Strong supervisory and administrative skills
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in electronic repairs and installation, preferrably sound systems.
3. Able to motivate and monitor staff.
4. Quick thinker and problem solver
5. :Licensed Driver, Codes 2 & 3 (old codes) or A1, B, B1, &B2 (new codes)
