JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Chemical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good Leadership, Coaching, Planning, Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
With exposure in PE, PVC, Injection and Mixer Machines.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Coordinates with co-shifting supervisors to collect all turn over jobs which needs follow-up/repair.
Conducts daily briefing of people to discuss all turned over jobs and priorities by co-shifting group and tasking each crew concerned on the trouble of the machine.
Conducts regular monitoring and supervision of production run.
Coordinates with the production supervisor regarding priorities run.
Does the requisition of spare parts needed.
Synthesizes all activities and reports of crew per shifting.
Responsible in making written guidelines to be endorsed to co-shifting supervisor regarding turned over jobs.
Implements cost reduction program in the area by expediting and repairing of the fill in jobs.
Ancillary equipment to be use as back-up and spare.
Lists machine breakdowns for follow-up repair and maintenance scheduling.
Ensures the effective implementation of the Plant's Quality Management System.
Ensures that all machines & equipments are in top conditions.
Ensures that all spare parts are ready at all times to prevent unnecessary breakdowns.
Analyzes machine breakdown and prepares report for appropriate corrective & preventive solutions.
