QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school in related field required, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
Ten (10) years of related experience, with three (3) years of supervisory experience
Proven track record of leadership skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management and customers.
Must be able to effectively delegate and work collaboratively with other functional departments.
Demonstrated ability to lead/facilitate problem solving and cross functional teams.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required.
Demonstated ability to plan ahead and perform factory, people, and resource capacity analysis and identify and solve constraints before they become problems.
Demonstrated computer skills (MS Word & Excel, process flow software, Solid Works).
Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and/or general engineering problem solving skills.
With at least 2 years experience in Plastic Injection and SMT Company.
Strong working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology preferred.
