MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensures plant facility and equipment are maintained according to standards.
2. Supervises and/or participates in the repair and maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment.
3. Promotes established safety programs and ensure safe operating procedures and monitor employee compliance.
4. Plans, assigns and supervises work of Engineering Personnel on assigned shift.
5. Reads, understands and implements schematics and mechanical drawings.
6.Trains new employees in accordance with established training programs and plant procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent; Licensed.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least experience in.a food and manufacturing industry and beverage industry
Must have knowledge in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices.
Must have strong background in Facilities/Maintenance and Repair.
