• Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• At least 15 years of work experience (10 years should be in a managerial capacity)
• Must be highly experienced in Electro-mechanical aspects of Engineering
• Preferably with work experience as a Plant Engineer
• With working knowledge in building construction and maintenance
• Highly analytical, innovative, decisive, reliable, and discrete in handling confidential information
• Cost-conscious and with good business judgement
• Strong leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle pressure/emergencies calmly
• Applicants must be willing to work in Marikina City
