Job Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering.
Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer
Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience combined in technical, quantity surveying, bid awarding and field.
Experience using MS Office, CAD, Primavera software.
Personnel and project management skills.
Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
Strategic thinking.
Leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
