ENGINEERING MANAGER
 
Job Description:
Responsible to make the whole rollout plan for all regions (including the resource plan) according to project milestone.
Organizes all teams to execute the plan, end-to-end monitor and manage the project progress, ensure all targets can be finished on time.
Responsible in monitoring the project progress cost, quality control, safety control and PAC/FAC.
Coordinates and solves critical issues from engineering, outsource, logistics, technique teams.
Able to maintain good relationship with customers and improve customer satisfaction. 
Interface with customers, organize customer meetings and escalate main issues to the project management team.
Organizes rollout teams, define the KPI for all team staff and evaluate the performance, and ensure proper team building within the department.
Manages subcontractors, organize subcontractor meetings.Conduct subcontractor workload confirmation.
Manages project equipment and materials properly
Responsible for the implementation of EHS regulations.
Prepares daily project reports via email and EPMS system and report to project management team base on PMO regulation.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Civil Engineer.
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position in a telecommunications company. 
Have PMP certificate, an advantage;
Familiar with Full turnkey Telecom projects including site acquisition, permitting, CME work, wireless technical installations and commissioning. 
Has the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding working environment with high expectations
Must be a critical thinker and is able to develop solutions of his own to solve problems. 
Must have strong leadership and project management skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
