About the Role:
We're seeking a high-caliber leader to manage formworks planning, design, calculations, execution, on high-rise, commercial, and infrastructure projects. You'll ensure top-tier efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance-especially bridging Philippine standards with international/Eurocode requirements for complex or global-standard projects.
Must-Have Technical Skills & Experience:
Licensed Civil Engineer preferred or Structural engineer
15+ years specialized in formworks/systems design & supervision
In-depth expertise in formwork design (columns, beams, slabs, walls, climbing systems, modular, etc.), material selection (timber, steel, aluminum), load calculations, and temporary works engineering
Advanced knowledge both local and international codes such as Eurocodes (EN 1990 basis, EN 1991 actions, EN 1992 concrete, plus execution standards like EN 13670) and related international temporary works standards (e.g., BS EN 12812 falsework, BS 5975 procedures, PAS 8812 guidance, and equivalents for limit state/permissible stress design)
Proficient in structural analysis and formwork-specific software/programs (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit for detailing; STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, Tekla, or similar for load analysis, stability checks, and temporary structures modeling)
Must-Have Management & Leadership Skills:
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams (engineers, drafters)
Full project management: planning, scheduling, job priorities and designation, resource allocation, risk assessment
Expert problem-solving for on-site technical challenges under tight deadlines
Strong stakeholder communication (clients, subs, architects, international partners)
Motivational leadership to mentor teams and foster high-performance culture
Zero-incident safety mindset with implementation of robust protocols
Flexible to relocate where needed (office locations)
