Job Description
Mainly responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
Lead a team of mechanical, electrical and infrastructural engineers and technicians with hands-on involvement to develop and provide solutions for efficient manufacturing processes.
Plans and directs execution of works such as installation, fabrication and repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Promotes safety and helps ensure zero accident while team executes projects and job orders.
Recommends methods and solutions for improving utilization of manpower, materials, facilities and utilities.
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned to from time to time by department heads.
Job Qualification
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent.
With at least 3-4 years of direct experience in EMD and minimum of 2 years in supervisory role.
Has proven leadership skills, initiative and strong sense of work ethics.
