Manage Resources, Engineering support, including but not limited to, advising on and discussing complex matter with the team regarding machine and equipment problems and troubleshooting procedures, projects requirements and application of project standard and designs.
Develop and recommend policies and programs for the Engineering of same and as requested, provide technical assistance to other functions within the organization.
Prepare quotations, write proposals and assist in pricing.
Establish performance controls, maintain records on Engineering, and coordinate with other functional areas within the organization, such as Administration and Production, plant management and materials.
Proficient in ACAD, MS Office (word, excel, ppt.) and SAP-PM program.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong presentation and good platform skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems and cost structure (cost accounting).
At least Three (3) years of working experience in Engineering Work.
Minimum of Five (5) years in the same position / capacity.
