Job Descriptions
Conducts daily routine inspection of all the company's equipment.
Prepares purchase requisition for equipment parts and services.
Evaluates qualified suppliers, contractors to supply parts and services in coordination with purchasing department.
Monitors inventory of spare parts lubricating and other related materials.
Checks quality of delivered parts and services.
Ensures availability of funds for emergency purchase of parts as needed.
Processes and approves supplier and contractor sales invoice.
Coordinates with clients for new projects and innovations.
Designs, estimates and implements construction of approved projects.
Implements preventive maintenance program.
Monitors maintenance crews' duties and responsibilities.
Prepares equipment documentation and other relevant equipment care operations.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
