Iron Wood Property Ventures Corp. (IWPVC) is a real estate development company based in Mandaue City, Cebu. Founded in July 2010 by a group of local entrepreneurs and foreign investors, the company is engaged in the selling and leasing of real properties.
 
The company was established to serve the growing demand for accommodation and commercial space in Cebu, particularly in Mandaue City. The company’s strengths are in the areas of design and development and its personalized approach to investments. The company also owns and operates a small sustainable timber plantation, which gave it its name.

ENGINEERING GENERALIST
 
Job Requirements:
Preferably a graduate of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Other engineering courses are welcome to apply.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Has knowledge of different Engineering facets, Project Management & Team Management
Responsible and Reliable in the task assigned.
Can work with minimal supervision

Job Preview
