Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree on IT, ECE or any related course
- Preferrably Male
- With at least 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Knowledgeable on IT equipment specifications and terminologies
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Design Head in providing system design for different auxiliary systems
- Conduct site surveys and develop diagrams for the system needed
- Conduct testing and quality check of new equipment
- Ensure equipment specification requirements are met according to client needs
- Provide office IT support
- Conduct troubleshooting of equipment and device issues
- Create updates and reports relative to assigned tasks or projects
- Other relative tasks provided by the Engg. Design Head and General Manager
Character Profile:
- Willing to travel and be assigned for weeks to remote project locations
- Willing to take responsibility of project equipment installation and functionality and address issues and concerns that may arise
- Willing to learn new technologies in the electronics field aside from IT
- Passionate in engineering auxiliary systems (likes to configure devices)
- Keen to detail especially on specifications and equipment inter-connections
- Proactive in providing suggestions and solutions to any technical concerns
- Respects the time of other people (client, management, co-workers)
- Team player: coordinates with technical staff and other departments to address technical needs
- Able to note full instructions and can work with less supervision
- Can communicate effectively (like client requirements, technical or office concerns)
- Flexible to different working conditions, changing working hours and new responsibilities.
