ENGINEERING BUDGETER / ESTIMATOR
Position Requirements:
University graduated, Architectural major
Experienced in Architectural field same position 3 years and above, experienced in highrise or skyscraper will be an advantage.
Mastered in Construction design plans, structural and building basic knowledge.
Mastered in construction processes, construction methods, construction quality standards and safety knowledge.
Familiar with construction materials, parts, machinery rental and local labor cost and dynamic trend.
Mastered in engineering computation and local laws and regulations. Mastered in projects budget, rough estimates, budget and settlement.
Familiar with the clauses of the project contracts, can participate in bid inviting, submission of tender/bid and contract negotiation.
Computer skills such as: AutoCad, Excel, Word, etc.

Position Statements:
Responsible for the Estimated cost, quotation. preparing documents for bid inviting, submission of tender/bid, contracts review etc, so as to help the company to get the projects.
Responsible for the project cost budget, rough estimates, budget and settlement. And make estimates documents.
Responsible for the preparation of construction drawing budget, settlement documents and material analysis, cooperate with the project manager to control the cost and schedule.
Responsible for the control of outsourcing contracts, contract preparation and review of labor costs and professional contracts, and evaluation of the performance of outsourcing contracts.
Study legal regulations, market price information, prepare company budget database, and other matters assigned by leaders.
Work base: Cebu City
Salary: Negotiable

Working days: Monday to Saturday, 8am-12, 1:30pm-5:30pm
