Defines the lagging and leading indicators to be used for evaluating the performance of the maintenance management system. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the maintenance system and initiates improvement actions based on the results of the evaluation.
Analyzes energy consumption and identifies opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency measures.
Evaluates the cost of maintenance, identifies cost reduction opportunities, and inputs the results into the annual budget.
Inspects maintenance works, tracks and evaluates progress, and provides real-time feedback to correct gaps in performance and quality of work.
Prepares annual maintenance budget. Controls maintenance-related expenses to ensure working within a budget.
