Job Summary:
The position shall ensure machine uptime, spare parts and consumables availability and high preventive maintenance activities accomplishment.
The Engineering Auditor will be assigned on the following tasks:
Ensures over-all implementation of plant maintenance activities including review of feed mill equipment preventive maintenance calendar.
Monitors implementation of troubleshooting and repair works during emergency breakdown and provides update to Plant Manager.
Reviews and analyzes accomplishment reports of work activities to monitor maintenance and repair activities provided to the whole operation.
Creates and monitors purchase requisitions of spare parts, consumables and outsourced maintenance services for the carrying out of maintenance and repair activities.
Facilitates billing of all maintenance-related items and services on time.
Prepares annual fixed and variable cost budget related to maintenance.
Ensures all expenses related to maintenance is within budget.
Conducts orientation for 3rd party contractors with regards to project implementation.
Ensures that calibration of measuring and testing instruments are conducted periodically.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Registered Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer.
Experience in feed mill operations is preferred.
Leadership skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing, and computer literacy is required in the position.
Candidate must be able to act ethically and honestly, with fairness and without considerations for personal gain in all dealings with fellow team members; treats people with respect; keep commitments; inspires the trust of others; upholds organizational values; complies with the company's Code of Ethics.
Must be open to provincial assignments as necessary.
