Position: Engineering and Maintenance Head
Reporting to: Hospital Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with different department for any maintenance work.
• Communicates to the administration any needed materials for purchased needed for repairs.
• Consistently communicate with other departments to ensure that all matters related to repairs and maintenance has been effectively resolved.
• Diligently oversee the inventory of the equipment and promptly initiate orders whenever necessary.
• Daily checking of electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Must be a Licensed Engineer, preferably Civil or Mechanical.
• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience, with knowledge in all aspects of building maintenance.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Possess leadership and management skills.
