Engineering Admin will work as part of a team to maintain and improve processes as well as the system used in maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain Preventive Maintenance Program.
2. Maintain equipment files updated including Preventive Maintenance historical records control, lubrication, replacement, and repair for components.
3. Responsible for all duties related to documents, forms, and templates generation and submission.
4. Assist in the development of reporting from the CMMS.
5. Collaborate with other supervisors and maintenance personnel in all functions of the work as required.
6. Assist in reviewing and updating of current SOPs and Work Instruction of the maintenance engineering department.
7. Prepare engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
8. Receiving weekly activities from Team Leaders and update weekly plan for scheduled maintenance.
9. Maintain an easily retrievable records filing system for GMP/FDA and Government representative audit inspections and maintenance report.
10. Spare parts management.
11. Perform other tasks that may be required by the Maintenance Engineering Head.
Qualification:
1. Graduate of any 4-year course
2. Graduate of any Engineering courses an advantage.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Communication and persuasion
Availability to travel: No
Availability of change of residence: No
