» Maintains an organized file of documents systematically at all times
» Withdraws and maintains control of utilization of office supplies effectively for every instance needed
» Encodes correspondence and schedule of personnel and other communication related to the operation of the department effectively for every instance as needed
» Prepares monthly summary report of man-hours and materials cost complete and on-time for every instance needed
» Ensures the availcapability of stocks effectively for every instance as needed
» Performs the monthly inventory materials and tools
» Prepares materials/supplies requisitions located on the level of the actual stocks effectively for every instance as needed
» Monitors utilities' consumption, prepares machine breakdown everyday report, and update machine history file, and job request of other departments effectively for instance as needed
Requirements:
» Graduate of a 4-year course
» Knowledgeable and with a better knowledge of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and its principle
» Good knowledge of 5S System
» Above-average computer literacy
» Highly trainable, good analytical expertise
» Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga
