1-2 experience in a manufacturing set is an advantage
Knowledge in manufacturing process flow, set and product experiments
Knowledgeable with the quality management / system, standards and certifications, reliability and test an advantage
With initiative, analytical and good decision making
With good scholastic records and leadership skills
