Description
•Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and foster a safety-first culture within the reliability team and the organization by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures during site/field inspections
•Maintain asset hierarchy and criticality for the assigned plant area
•Develop maintenance strategies for critical assets in CMMS and update technical work instructions
•Create/update critical spares asset bill of materials for all critical assets
•Review and set min-max inventory levels in CMMS, preserving spares to maintain reliability
•Ensure implementation of maintenance strategies through CMMS audits and site audits
•Validate and ensure accuracy of plant performance key performance indicators before dissemination to stakeholders
•Execute Root Cause and Failure Analysis (RCFA) as assigned, engaging multi-functional teams and developing long-term countermeasure actions
•Develop or optimize asset maintenance strategies using RCM or FMECA tools in collaboration with operations, process, maintenance teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs)
•Lead the maintenance, operations, process, and planning team during RCFA execution and maintenance strategy development
•Prioritize reliability excellence activities, identify and prioritize value creation opportunities, and lead the bad actor identification, quantification, and elimination process
•Provide leadership in work management functional excellence across operational areas to enhance all elements of the Asset Management Framework
•Support maintenance, operations, and process teams for optimal asset reliability and high plant performance through system and process improvement
•Assist Senior Reliability Engineer, Reliability Superintendent, Maintenance Superintendents, and Planning and Scheduling Superintendent in achieving plant reliability KPIs
•Provide support for maintenance leadership in defining strategies for maintenance activities, reporting, analytics, materials management, document control, and organizational structuring
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with proven field experience maintenance
•At least 2yrs working experience in Plant/Field Maintenance or Engineering Data Management in Process, Mining, or any similar industries
•Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance strategy tools such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
•Training, certifications or hands on experience in Engineering Data Management
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and environment
•Can travel regularly and spend time in field operations environment
•Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and mentor teams
