The role of the Engineer - IT Asset Management is to ensure accurate documentation of all IT assets, which includes hardware, vendor contracts and software licenses. The role also includes the rolling out of different service centre processes. The incumbent will be responsible for all IT Assets for the hub and should make sure that we are following the global standard across every service centre.
Role Location: Solaris One Bldg., Makati City
Shift Schedule: Morning shifts will be adhered to

What you bring to the IT Asset Management?
Finance - Ensuring no unscheduled expense due to maintenance / warranty related concerns for IT equipment / services.
Customer - Managing the inventory of key items (PCs, laptops, monitors) at all times and advising the Enablement Chapter Lead when stocks need to be replenished, especially for long lead time items.
Process - Ensure up to date documentation for supplier / vendor contracts, including SLAs, warranties and service records for IT equipment.
People - Build collaborative relationships with departments to enable business objectives to be achieved
Risk/Compliance/Behaviour - Ensure ANZ's core values are always maintained in dealing with colleagues and customers
You will also have the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated people management experience and strong interpersonal skills to work with onshore and third party teams
Prior experience of dealing with PEZA and 3rd party vendors
Strong understanding of Asset Management
Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and requirements and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to multi-task effectively and drive performance in a complex environment
Capable in exploring and working with emerging technologies
