What you will do
Line quality management (50%):
Handles quality issues encountered in production and coordinates with Operations within WSA and contract manufacturer (IMI).
Ensures product quality and compliance to relevant standards and regulations. Feedback and complaint handling (40%):
Liaises with Affiliates, WSA resident team and contract manufacturer (IMI) in investigation and action plan.
Reviews and approves relevant CAPA reports ensuring correct analysis, resolution and prevention of recurrence. Support roles (10%):
Reviews and approves documents and records as Business Quality representative.
Performs First Article review and approval for product transfer/qualification in PH.
What you bring
Experience
Degree in Engineering
at least 5 years line QA experience in manufacturing
1-2 years of working experience in hearing aid or medical device industry (is a plus) * Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 7QC tools
