Job Description
Product Health Improvement (yield and quality)
Test Cycle Time Reduction
Understand Tests specifications
Product Data Characteristics Test and procedures
Cost optimization through standardization, simplification, and rationalization of operation
New product introduction
Reliability of products
Customer complaints and returns support.
Test program management
Customer audits.
For specification and quality related duties, refer to QRJR online.
Reduces LRR through Root Cause Analysis and resolution of Yield issues / QC reject.
Collects and analyze test data.
Provides timely disposition on Hold Lots, RMAs, Recertification Lots
Maintains Product Data Characteristics to support test.
Ensures Test Flows, Test Times, Plan yield and/or Control yield are updated.
Converts, increase parallelism, reduce test time, qualify, and eliminate test insert.
Qualifies and supports additional locations for Fab, Assembly and Test.
Qualifies, releases, and maintains new product, test program and hardware for production use.
Maintains and updates tests specifications.
Executes reject validation (If any) and performs data analysis for product reliability.
Validates customer complain, performs analysis and proposes resolution through 8D.
Characterize, checkout, qualify and release test program to production.
Review specification compliance and represents product engineering during audits.
Job Requirements
BS Electronics Engineering / BS Electrical Engineering
Knowledgeable in semiconductor
Knowledgeable in software programming (C++) and hardware architecture.
With good English communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
With analytical and problem-solving skills.
Percentage of Shift and Longest Time (Enter Standing %, Walking %, Sitting %, Driving %, Inside %, Outside %, Hours standing, walking, sitting, driving, and Usual shift hours and days)
Talking 75 % Standing and Walking 25%
