Description
• Ensure high level of safety awareness by following and enforcing all safety procedures and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all required tools, materials and equipment are available, properly stored and in good working condition.
• Manages the repair work activities until Handover to area owner
• Understand the daily plan & able to prioritise the work
• Calls the attention of Contractors for violation of Company rules and regulations, use of substandard materials, poor workmanship, and project delays.
• Collaborate and communicate with Planning Engineer/QS to advance construction of projects in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure that Contractors follow the project schedule and monitor costs to be within budget
• Complete weekly / monthly reporting on time
• Do Safety Interactions and Critical Control Verification (CCV) & ensure Contractors use SLAM where appropriate.
• Provide timely update to Senior Engineer
• Keep a diary of significant events & report incidents.
• Performs other related duties, tasks, and activities assigned by the Site Execution Engineer.
• Collaborate and communicate with Quality Control to advance construction of projects
• Conduct Weekly Progress Meeting
• Conduct kick off meeting of new project to be implemented
• Monitor the equipment and tools tagging
• Headcount Needed: 9
• Project Duration: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in Construction Industry in Civil Work Activities
• People Management (coaching and mentoring team)
• Basic knowledge of civil/structural repair work techniques especially for structures with operating equipment
• Basic knowledge of plant area activities for proper coordination of area owners on planned repair works
• Construction Management as per PMBOK, Contract Management
• Safework / Safety procedures, Risk Management
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Oracle / SAP
