ENGINEER ASSISTANT
FORMOSA CERAMIC TILES MANUFACTURING CORP.

We are seeking motivated and qualified individuals to work on the production floor taking responsibility for the operation of manufacturing equipment and performing maintenance tasks as needed under the direction of a Production Manager. We expect all our production staff to perform work in a safe environmentally responsible manner. This is a team-focused role with the opportunity to advance based on performance.
Job Description
Our Engineer Assistant keeps the manufacturing floor moving. You will be part of the team creating quality products to deliver to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to learn how to operate and maintain various pieces of equipment and help us meet our customer requirements. Our Engineer Assistants work 12-hour shifts and some holidays. You will have the opportunity to advance roles and changes shifts based on performance and business needs.
Daily Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, the following:
Kiln operation
Operating pulverizers
Operating blenders/spray dryers
Mechanical maintenance
Completing necessary industrial reports
Entering data into required computer programs
Following rules and procedures
Performing other tasks are required
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Vocational Engineering-related course. (e.g. Mechatronic/Electromechanical or equivalent.)
Previous experience in any manufacturing company preferably ceramic tiles
Basic math skills and computer literacy is required
Flexible 4 days off per month
Willing to work in San Simon Pampanga (Free lodging if willing to stay in)
