Description
•Build-up Maintenance Strategies and monitor its effectiveness
•Execute failure mode and countermeasure analysis and update maintenance strategy
•Develop solutions to repetitive aircon unit failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant
•operations such as the Ladle Crane aircon units
•Lead investigation of Equipment Failure to determine root or direct causes and develop Containment and/or Countermeasure actions
•Monitor Containment and/or Countermeasure Actions of concerns raised
•Support area Team Leader and Planner on standards, Work instructions, BOM and PM activities.
•Provide technical assistance for Management of Change as needed
•Collaborate with process engineer, reliability engineer, production coordinator on plant reliability sustainability
•Plan and direct specific shutdown repairs as assigned by the Superintendent
•Collaborate with Project Engineering to ensure the operational readiness of new assets
•Seek resources to support studies and analysis related to Maintenance Strategy development and PTA as needed
•Identify PTA work activities and act as PTA Area Coordinator to control the area's PTA scope which is fundamental to the maintenance strategies.
•Fixed Term-Duration: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
•With at least 2 years' related experience in aircon maintenance
