ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacture Engineer will work with the team to define the activities drive by management team and be responsible to direct he project or activities to achieve objectives.
The Manufacture Engineer is required to develop and manage relationships with a key stakeholders and contributors into manufacture process.
Create and manage daily technical progress reports identifying issues and risks and tracking KPIs.
Collaborate with the inter and external departments in all problems encountered to ensure the problems will be solve in timely manner.
Leverage Failure analysis plan for any process issues or controls.
Analyses failures, identify root causes and implement solutions.
Develop and administer process controls and improvements .
Monitor and Control day to day individual parameter to achieve the key objectives
Basic programing for develop system to analysis information and support in data analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
An engineering/ science qualification, bachelor programs at least, preferable master's degree is recommended.
Experience in manufacturing processes dealing with high volume production.
Ability to build relationships from shop floor to management level, identify and clearly communicate key information.
Priorities issues, communicate reasoning and negotiate for resources when needed.
Ability to write work instruction and technical reports.
Ability to design & propose alternative solutions when faced with barriers.
Good technical ability (or experience) relating to Fab process.
Understanding of product lapping and cutting.
Experience to use software statistical application and basic programing skills
PREFERRED:
At less 1 year experience in Fab process special in Lapping, Abrasives, cutting or mechanical transformation process.
SKILLS:
The ability to multitask and manage and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrate a balanced and structured approach to problem resolution.
Communicate requirements and facilitate compromises where appropriate based on business/technical demands.
The ability to draw a workable solution from diverse teams.
Clear understanding mechanical concept and abrasive treatment in process.
