- Assist the Engineering department in the following:
> Drawing of engineering plans
> Research of needed equipment/materials for a proposed system
> Assist in project monitoring during deployment
> Produce operations manual and other documentation for client turnover
> Quality check of new equipment received
> Troubleshoot system issues onsite
> Configure equipment for client operation
> Troubleshoot Alto office equipment & network
> Process requests for additional materials/equipment, mobilization expenses, and out of office business forms.
- Provide necessary reports to Design Head such as:
> Service reports
> Accomplishment reports
> Equipment status reports
> Incident reports
- Other tasks deemed necessary by the Engineering department
Qualifications:
- Must be at least a Bachelor's degree graduate preferably ECE, EE, or IT-related course.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in an office environment, preferably in an engineering firm
- Familiar with reading engineering plans
- Must have experience in 2D CAD drawings
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Experience in basic PC and network troubleshooting
- Proficient in research via a browser
- Must have personal basic tools for troubleshooting
Qualities needed:
- Keen to detail
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive in providing necessary information
- Willing to work overtime & on a holiday as deemed necessary
- Willing to be assigned out of town for several days or weeks for project deployment
