Job Responsibilities:
Creates and manages functional report and process
Handles functional projects independently from start to end, and deliver as per schedule.
Improves and maintains current functional program such as skills matrix and engineering management system.
Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Collects data to observe and assess work activities or witness tests being conducted.
Acquires skills and knowledge to perform routine activities under direct supervision.
Works with cross-functional teams and internal customers across the business unit to acquire a better understanding of the business and customers.
Identifies the concerns of the customer, probes for answers and actively listens to understand the customers' business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science/Computer Engineering
Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience in basic programming (SQL Studio, JAVA, VBA, Microsoft Excel Macro)
Experience in implementation process of projects, from conceptualization to usage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
