Responsibilities:
o Conduct and submission of first article inspections (FAI) of parts, assemblies, and tooling.
o Provide reviews ensure requirements are met for work transfer and process change management
o Review process control documentation to ensure it is in compliance with requirements, objectives, and/or contracts.
o Participate in MRB and could be authorized to give disposition within the scope of authority..
o Work and communicate with the home BU for the flow down of Product requirements
o Conduct product and process audit in assembly line, including support to internal quality audits.
o Performs and/ or support regular audits (product, process , systems )
o Performs BU product and/or process performance analysis and implement corrective actions
o Coordinates with various personnel in the process of quality investigation and corrective actions
o Coordinate and support calibration and validation related activities, including Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility.
Qualification:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience
o With experience in using quality improvement tools and techniques.
o General understanding of Aerospace and manufacturing quality systems.
o Strong analytical skills
o Must have strong communication skills and be process-oriented and results.
