About the job:
Role: End-to-End Care Ops Associate - ABA - F2BF
Work Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Salary Range: US$1,300.00 - US$1,500.00 per month
Our client is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, specializing in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) treatment, trauma assumed therapy, and play therapy. They are committed to improving the lives of children and families affected through personalized, evidence-based therapy. With a team of highly skilled professionals, they are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with ASD.
We are seeking an End-to-End Care Ops Associate to support and enhance the overall care operations for families with children receiving ABA therapy. As a member of the care operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for families throughout their treatment journey.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
1. Objective: Streamline operations and build essential components.
2. Critical Expertise:
ABA experience or US Healthcare providing experience.
In-depth knowledge of start-up dynamics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. System Streamlining:
Assess current data and systems for improvement opportunities.
Analyze and enhance business processes.
2. Operational Support:
Provide support from intake/onboarding to care delivery.
Oversee back-office function
3. Healthcare and Insurance Proficiency:
Understand US insurance intricacies.
Monitor documentation movement, including billing, payroll, and prior authorization.
4. Communication Management:
Spearheads internal communication hygiene.
Extend communication streamlining to external channels.
5. Documentation and SOPs:
Manage data and information - making sure everything is accessible and in the right places
Assist in building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
6. Learning and Automation:
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and curiosity about automation (Loomery)
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or ABA field
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is highly preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in using technology and software platforms for care operations (Loomery)
Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with ASD and their families
