ENCODER
This job typically involves roles that focus on data entry and management related to terminal operation. These roles often require strong data entry skills, familiarity with database system (like SAP), and potentially experience in warehouse or logistic environment. Specific tasks might include encoding and uploading inventory information, managing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy within the terminal system.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Management - Accurately inputting and updating data related to inventory, shipments, and other operational information into relevant systems.
Database Proficiency - Familiarity with database systems like SAP or other warehouse management systems (WMS) is often required.
Documentation - Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, inventory movements, and other relevant data.
Warehouse Operations - Some roles might involve assisting with warehouse tasks like labeling, tagging, and inventory control.
Inventory Management - Keeping track of stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with inventory audits.
Error Detection and Correction - Identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies or errors in data entries.
