Job Summary
Encoder directly reports to the Customer Care Group Leader, responsible for encoding job vacancies on the website and social media sites, and assists in addressing clients concerns ensuring to provide excellent customer service experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Encode and upload job postings on the website.
Activate and deactivate job ads based on their status.
Manage job postings on the website.
Upload employer banners and logos on the website.
Facilitate uploading of resumes from external sources to the Mynimo website.
Post job vacancies on Mynimo's social media sites (Linkedin and Facebook).
Take charge of job alert enrollment and activation on the website.
Take charge of refining external leads data via google sheets.
Assists in handling inbound and outbound calls when needed.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
Job Specifications
Education:
At least College Level of any course.
Years of relevant experience:
At least 1 years of experience as an encoder.
