3.1 Ensures the correct patient data particularly standard files in relation to
the productivity quality targets of the department.
3.2 Encodes information accurately and efficiently in the user application based on received trade documents.
3.3 Checks the information quality of documents; ensuring that these are properly registered in the system.
3.4 Performs self-audit of encoded details of the patient data before endorsing it to the assigned auditor.
3.5 Provide suggestions on process improvements
3.6 Responsible for keeping of patient data.
3.7 Provide medical records information by answering questions and request of patients and clinic staff.
3.8 Maintains the ability and reputation of the clinic by protecting the confidentiality of the patients' records and clinic operations.
3.9 Promptly answer inquiry and request.
